Merry Land Hotel Da Nang

I stayed for 3 nights in a Beautiful Twin Room with City View on a high floor. The front desk super nice team, especially the lady with glasses. The location is ideal for exploring the Marble Mountains and there's a great vegetarian restaurant nearby. Clean room and nice decor overall 🌇

We appreciated this great budget hotel for its special atmosphere and really friendly staff. Everything was excellent, yet a few employees were not so helpful. The location was magnificent, a 10-15 minute walking distance from a modern bridge. And it was also adjacent to restaurants especially indian restaurants, Da Nang, and Vietnam.

During my stay, I explored the nearby attractions, and I really enjoyed the spaciousness of the Deluxe Double Room with City View. The views from the room were fantastic, especially during sunset, and I appreciated being close to the beach, only a short walk away. The location also.

Helpful staff and local vibe

Mr Hoa kindly allowed me to rent a motorbike without needing my ID as a deposit, made exploring the area much easier. The front desk team, especially Ms. Tuoi and Thu, were helpful in arranging my tours and guiding me around town. Their cheerful service and local tips added a personal touch to my experience.

I was disappointed to find that breakfast wasn't served during the low tourism season. While the hotel was in a decent location surrounded by other restaurants and convenience stores, I hoped for more dining options within the hotel itself.

I thought this place would be a dream, but the shower curtain missing was a total disaster. The gym, if you can call it that, was locked, and the rooftop pool looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages. I expected to be treated like royalty and a little gift would have been nice, but I just couldn't say anything good after this.

Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The air conditioning in the room barely functioned, rendering the stay uncomfortable. The bathroom showed signs of neglect, with mold present and plumbing issues that went unresolved. The rooftop pool was unusable, a letdown, considering I had hoped to relax there .

The amazing views of Da Nang city from my room were lovely, and the staff were helpful in providing recommendations for nearby attractions.

Great Value with Room for Improvement

While the staff were friendly, I encountered some issues . The bathroom light was out, and I was unable to access the room safe. I was disturbed by noise from the hallway during early hours. Still, the central location made exploring easy. Consider confirming issues before your arrival.

Just a smart choice for a brief sojourn in Da Nang with a great value-to-price ratio. Renting a motorbike directly at the front desk without hassle made exploring super easy. Check the pool availability before going, as it may be undergoing maintenance.

the bathroom needed repairs (water leaking everywhere! ). the location was great, just a short walk to the beach. staff were friendly and tried their best to help. enjoyed sitting by the pool with an amazing view!

Family with children acceptable stay

We stayed for three nights and the hotel really offered a good location for both the Marble Mountains and Son Tra. Plus, the rooftop had a beautiful nighttime view, perfect for winding down after a long day.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but honestly, it was still acceptable for what we got.

The attentive staff, especially Ms. Tuoi and Thu at the front desk, were helpful in arranging my tours and navigating the area.

No breakfast service during low season.

The staff here were extremely polite and welcoming, and the pool area was quite enjoyable.
